This complimentary call allows you to ask me anything about my online fitness coaching services, ensuring we build a connection and it helps me to understand your unique goals. There's no obligation to sign up afterward, just a chance to see if we're meant to work together on achieving your fitness goals.

Cancellation Policy
Once you’ve booked your session, that time is reserved exclusively for you. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or do not attend, your entire booking fee will be forfeited. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can manage your appointment easily through your member dashboard on the website.
