Cancellation Policy

Once you’ve booked your session, that time is reserved exclusively for you. If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment or do not attend, your entire booking fee will be forfeited. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can manage your appointment easily through your member dashboard on the website.
